A historic tenement building in Chodkiewicza street offers 9 flats with the height reaching even 3.92 m. The building is under protection of the monument conservation officer and was thoroughly restored with preserving the majority of original elements of the elevation and decor of the shared space. This part of the project will be particularly valued by the enthusiasts of old architecture and nostalgic tenements of historic Cracow.
