Phase II - Building B1 – historic tenement house – Prochowa 8
A historic tenement building in Prochowa street offers 18 flats with the height reaching even more than 3 m. The building is under protection of the monument conservation officer and was thoroughly restored with preserving the majority of original elements of the elevation and decor of the shared space. This part of the project will be particularly valued by the enthusiasts of old architecture and nostalgic tenements of historic Cracow.
